MY WAY OF WORK
I’ve always liked having a holistic approach to creative projects. I attach great importance to visual communication, which aims to convey information, values, an image to a third party. For each project, I immerse myself in specific, tailor-made research to discover and be inspired by the new subject of study. I enjoy analogue media and techniques, books, paper, inks, paints, pens…
I am committed to the ecological and ethical cause and make a point of making durable and timeless tools for the projects in which I participate.
ABOUT ME
I’m Jiggy, a french designer, based between Provence and Portugal, I have lived, traveled and studied in various places. I graduated from the Duperré school in Paris in graphic art, my internships and experiences that followed my studies led me to establish myself directly as a freelance. I learned a lot alongside Thomas Cantoni, and Steven Harrington & Justin Krietemeyer in Los Angeles.
Beside my work as a designer I’m a screenprinter, I run a company called Rooftopstudio that I co-founded in 2012 with my best friend Bazou.
